Yes — we are fully insured with £5 million public liability cover.

🛠️ Do you deliver and set everything up?

Absolutely! Our trained team will:

✔ Deliver your equipment

✔ Set everything up correctly

✔ Ensure everything is ready to use

✔ Return to collect after your event

❌ What if I need to cancel?

Just let us know as soon as possible:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation charge
• Less than 48 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• Same day: 100% of the booking fee applies

For outdoor equipment, safety always comes first. If weather conditions affect your booking, we’ll discuss options with you before your event.
